复合载荷作用下柔顺机构的Pr伪刚体新模型

本文基于伪刚体模型，综合考虑柔顺机构中柔性构件的横向变形和轴向变形的影响，提出了带移动副的两自由度伪刚体新模型。用移动副和转动副分别描述构件的轴向位移和横向位移，模拟末端受（力和力矩）复合载荷作用下悬臂梁的变形，建立了柔顺机构的PR伪刚体模型。得出了模型的最优特征半径系数和刚度系数。通过数值模拟将PR伪刚体模型与1R、2R伪刚体模型以及柔顺杆对比，说明PR模型的优越性。

基于DIC的柔顺结构力传感单元设计与实验研究

随着微机电系统(MEMS)越来越复杂，对微装配、微操作的微力测量要求越来越高。本文提出了一种面向微夹持器柔顺结构视觉力传感单元，该传感器单元与微夹持器采用结构一体化设计思想，加工简易。本文推导了该视觉力传感单元的力-位移理论关系，建立了基于散斑数字图像相关(DIC)方法的柔顺结构力传感单元。通过实验研究，结果表明所提出的柔顺结构视觉力传感单元测量性能达到预期要求。
