小鼠癫痫形成过程中不同脑区神经元电活动的相关研究

目的:探索癫痫形成过程中的不同脑区的神经元电活动的同步性变化规律以及信息流向特性.材料与方法:构建小鼠(3~4个月)杏仁核电点燃模型,在不同脑区植入多个脑内电极,利用在体多通道微电极记录系统同时记录小鼠背外侧杏仁核(与刺激电极间距小于0.5 mm)、海马CA1区、丘脑背内侧核以及初级体感皮层四个脑区神经元的电活动.应用相位同步性及Granger因果分析方法,对点燃过程中上述四个脑区记录到的局部场电位进行分析,比较点燃过程中不同脑区神经元之间电活动同步性的变化规律以及信息流向的特征.
