Bis(propyl)-cognitin (B3C),derived from tacrine linking with three methylene (-CH2-) groups,is a multi-target dimmer.During the past several years,it has been reported as a promising therapeutic drug for Alzheimers disease (AD) and other neurodegenerative disorders.However,the therapeutic mechanism of B3C for AD needs further demonstration.

严重意识障碍状态分为最小意识状态(MCS)和植物状态(VS),严重意识障碍患者是由颅脑损伤、脑梗死、脑出血、电击损伤、心脏病变等所导致的对外部环境无感知或感知障碍的病人.调查显示,世界范围内年均增加53万严重意识障碍患者,其中美国至少占1.4万人,我国新增病例达10万人,故而对严重意识障碍患者的诊治非常迫切.
