Bioprocess optimization and development is expensive and time-consuming,and requires a reliable and scalable study of important process parameters in order to understand their influence and interactions1.Due to the high number of variables involved, there is a growing interest in the parallelized study of controlled reactions at small scale through the use of high-throughput(HTP)technology.HTP allows cost and time reduction for industrial bioprocess development and scale-up2.Usually small scale vessels, offer limited process control and information, which can lead to suboptimal process conditions due to differences between initial screening experiments and the final production process2.
