  In my talk,silica mesopores and monodisperse droplets will be demonstrated as nanoreactors to efficiently produce functional nanomaterials and chemical systems,which are inaccessible by using conventional synthetic methods.Several examples from my research group will be included: a)Construction of conducting polymer based nanocables; b)Production of pure single-layer graphene sheets based on a confined self-assembly approach; c)Fabrication of stimuli-responsive polymer capsules with gated pores and tuneable shell composites; d)microfluidic synthesis of uniform single-crystalline MOF microcubes with hierarchical porous structure.
