目的：人体健康与体内微量元素的含量密切相关,如果微量元素缺乏、过量或比例失调,就会引起人体一系列的生理和病理反应,影响人体的正常生长发育,严重时会引起疾病发生.本研究通过监测18名国家现代五项队队员五周高原训练前后体内微量元素的变化,全面了解运动员体内微量元素含量的状况,以便更好地做好营养及保健指导.方法：18名国家现代五项队队员(男8人,女10人)分别于高原训练前后取血采用微量元素MB5检测仪进行微量元素测定.以SPSS13.0处理数据,以Paird-Samples T检验,显著性水平为P＜0.05,非常显著性水平为P＜0.01.结果：男女队员微量元素锌和铁均未发生显著性变化,微量元素铜和钙变化情况一致,分别表现为非常显著地增加和减少(P＜0.01).其中,男队员铜含量从15.35±1.29 umol/1增加到22.57±1.60 umol/1,钙含量从1.82±0.14 mmol/l减少到1.62±0.17 mmol/l；女队员的变化分别是铜从14.11±1.48 umol/l增加到26.62±3.60 umol/1,钙含量从1.86±0.08 mmol/l减少到1.67±0.15 mmol/l.此外,女队员微量元素镁的含量非常显著性增加(P＜0.01),从1.27±0.12 mmol/l增加到1.61±0.29 mmol/1.结论：五周高原训练后运动员体内微量元素钙显著减少,提示队员需要及时科学合理地补充含钙较高的食物,如豆类、乳制品、核桃、芝麻、海带等,其他微量元素含量保持不变以及有所提高.
