Background To evaluate the safety and efficacy of retrograde approach.Methods The retrospective study included 11 patients (8 male, 3 female), 6 patients received retrograde procedures via trans-femoral and trans-radial approach, and 4 patients received antegrade procedures via trans-femoral approach.Primary endpoints were technical success.Secondary endpoints were as follows: X-ray exposure time, the consumption of contrast media.The technical success was defined as residual stenosis ＜50％.
