Based on the pressing need for vaccines against highly pathogenic H5N1 subtype avian influenza virus,the humoral and cellular immune responses in healthy human innovated with split vaccine against H5N1 virus were detected.At the same time,immunogenicity and cross-protective efficacy of vaccination intranasally with inactivated avian influenza H5N1 whole-virus vaccines with adjuvant were assessed in a mouse model.In addition,preliminary studies on pathogenicity of selected H5N1 strain for challenge were conducted in mice.
