Efficacy and mechanism of antiresistant drugs-loaded liposomes for treatment of the resistant breast

　　Chemotherapy is a crucial measure in the comprehensive strategies in treatment of breast cancer, but the regular chemotherapy seemed to be less efficient in controlling the continued development of breast cancer in clinical treatment because it is unable to eliminate the extrinsic and intrinsic resistant cancer cells.The objectives of the present study were to develop a kind of antiresistant targeting epirubicin plus quinine liposomes, define their efficacy, and reveal the mechanisms involved.
