通过水溶性阳离子聚合物链段修饰改性的单壁碳纳米管(SWNTs)在光热-基因联合治疗等领域，显示出良好的应用前景，但目前该类研究还较少，存在制备过程复杂、需要破坏SWNTs 本身结构、产物生物相容性差、水分散稳定性有待提高等问题。
