中国正常糖耐量人群中糖尿病家族史对胰岛β细胞功能及胰岛素抵抗的影响

【摘要】

：

目的调查中国正常糖耐量人群中糖尿病家族史对β细胞功能及胰岛素抵抗的影响.方法通过多级、分层、整群随机抽样方法在福建省选取一个具有地方代表性的地区.最后,共有1183例人选自后的研究分析.采用多种指标进行胰岛β细胞功能的评估,包括评价胰岛素抵抗的稳态模型(HOMA-IR),HOMA-β细胞指数,胰岛素早相分泌指数,和葡萄糖处置指数.
