Objective To evaluate the influence of CNSP & Rehabilitation on the proliferation, transmission and formation of endogenous neural stem cells of rats with cerebral infarction.Methods Male Wistar rats were given intra-cerebroventricular injection with fluorescent dyes-Dil to mark subependymal cells in advance.The injected rats were grouped randomly.The experimental animal models with cerebral ischemia were made by blocking middle cerebral artery after 48h, andthen injected with BrdU at different time.
