Objective To explore the serum enzymes and electromyography characteristics in patients with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD), and to analyze the correlation among them.Methods Serum CK, LDH, CK-Mb and Mb were determined in 45 patients with DMD, whose mean age was 7.14±2.92 years old.While, electromyography(EMG) was also determined.
