药用真菌-灵芝的免疫调节作用机理的研究

本综述着重介绍灵芝,这种真菌类担子菌种草本药物在免疫调节方面的最新研究进展.常见的灵芝种类有赤芝,松杉灵芝,薄盖树芝和平盖灵芝.从灵芝中可以提取到几种有较强免疫调节作用的物质,包括多糖(主要是β-D-葡聚糖),蛋白质(如灵芝-8)及三萜类,其主要作用包括:调节免疫效应细胞(如T细胞,巨噬细胞和自然杀伤细胞)的有丝分裂及其活性,进而影响它们相关的细胞因子(如白介素,肿瘤坏死因数-α和干扰素)表达.有证据表明:从药用真菌分离得到的β-D-葡聚糖是通过与免疫效应细胞膜上的3型补体受体(CR3,αmβ2整联蛋白,或CD11b/CD18)结合,进而诱发生物反应.这种配体受体复合物被摄入细胞后,引发一系列分子事件(如核因子NF-κB的活化),同时我们也观察到了灵芝提取成分具有一定免疫抑制作用.灵芝所表现出的抗癌,抗炎症等疗效都与其免疫调节作用有关.然而,其分子机理还有待进一步的研究.
