　　The hepatopancreas and gonadal are important edible parts of the Eriocheir sinensis,but it cannot be solved by conventional method,including needle puncture and naked eye observation.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate the development of hepatopancreas and gonadal tissues.In this paper,the proton density-weighted imaging was used to scan the whole E.sinensis and observe the distribution,shape and size of hepatopancreas and gonad tissues.
