　　The full length cDNA of trypsin (TRY) gene was cloned from hepatopancreas of Macrobrachium rosenbergii with reverse transcriptional PCR (RT-PCR) and rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE) methods.The expression of TRY mRNA in hepatopancreas,eyestalk,gill,heart,muscle,stomach of M.rosenbergii was analyzed with real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR method.The single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of trypsin gene in hepatopancreas of M.rosenbergii were compared by performing direct sequence analysis.
