Testicular cancer is a rare tumor among the general population, but is the most common type of cancer among young men.The vast majority of testicular cancers are germ cell tumors.And mixed germ cell tumor occur in many forms.Among these, a common form is teratoma with endodermal sinus tumor.Herein, we report a case with 3 components of mixed germ cell tumor.A 30-year-old male patient suffered from painless enlarged left scrotum for 1 month.Hardness without tenderness was noted.AFP was 109.60 ng/ml (normal range < 7.0) and β-HCG was 4705.0 mIu/ml (men:Left radical orchiectomy was performed and pathology revealed left testicular cancer, non-seminomatous germ cell tumor (NSGCT), cT1N0M0S2, stage IS.The mixed germ cell tumor composed of embryonal carcinoma,choriocarcinoma and teratoma which mean tetatocarcinoma.Further chemotherapy was suggested but he hesitated.The patient recovered uneventfully after 6 months follow-up.AFP was 4.12 ng/ml (β-HCG was 1.8 mIu/ml (men:< 2).
