　　In the past decades, much attentions has been paid on dialkylphosphinic acids as extractant and flotation agent.The general synthesis procedure of dialkylphosphinic acids is shown as scheme 1.It can be seen that this method is complicated and needs three steps, which limits the wide applications of these compounds.
