CRISPR (clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeat) is an adaptive immune system that provides protection against foreign DNA or RNA.The CRISPR-associated protein (Cas) system is a powerful tool for genome editing in numerous organisms. And the Cas protein plays a critical role to bind guide DNA and cleavage target DNA or RNA in the entire biological process. However, there is no classifier available to predict the Cas protein until now.
