【摘 要】
：
目的 研究UF-500i尿液分析仪及Sysmex S-9000型血细胞分析仪在浆膜腔积液白细胞计数中应用。方法应用UF-500i尿液分析仪及Sysmex S-9000型血细胞分析仪对胸腹水进行白细胞计数检测，并作统计学分析。结果手工计数法、UF-500！尿液分析仪及Sysmex S-9000i型血细胞分析仪检测法比较差异无显著性。结论Sysmex UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪用于浆膜腔积液标本的细胞

目的 研究UF-500i尿液分析仪及Sysmex S-9000型血细胞分析仪在浆膜腔积液白细胞计数中应用。方法应用UF-500i尿液分析仪及Sysmex S-9000型血细胞分析仪对胸腹水进行白细胞计数检测，并作统计学分析。结果手工计数法、UF-500！尿液分析仪及Sysmex S-9000i型血细胞分析仪检测法比较差异无显著性。结论Sysmex UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪用于浆膜腔积液标本的细胞计数，简便快速、重复性好，可以替代显微镜计数法测定浆膜腔积液白细胞数、上皮细胞数和非肉眼血性标本的红细胞数，而肉眼血性浆膜腔积液的红细胞计数不能用Sysmex UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪检测。
