Life system is a highly complex system, in which biomolecules with ultralow concentrations and complexity can be precisely recognized, inducing exquisite changes of functions and properties in diverse life processes. As an attractive objective for materials scientists, it is quite difficult to bridge the gap between recognition and functions, which is even more challenging for applications in complex systems.
