有机微纳激光材料及其光物理过程研究

  有机固体激光器因其制备简单,价格低廉和易于集成等优势,一直以来备受科研工作者的关注。传统无机半导体垂直腔面发射激光器(Vertical Cavity SurfaceEmitting Laser,VCSEL)由上下两层反射腔镜以及夹在中间的活性层材料组成,需要复杂的T艺流程和昂贵的成本。相比较而言,有机半导体材料可以通过低温溶液加工工艺进行激光器谐振腔的构筑,我们系统研究了分子结构—微纳谐振腔—激光性能三者之间的内在关联规律,将在报告中详细汇报本课题组在这一领域的研究进展。
