有机聚合物光伏电池本征光诱导快速衰减过程机理研究

  有机聚合物光伏电池具有柔性、可溶液法大面积加工等优势,在便携式充电设备、光伏大棚、光伏建筑一体化等方面具有很好的应用前景。目前,有机聚合物光伏电池的效率已经突破13%,器件的稳定性能成为决定有机聚合物光伏走向市场的关键。课题组研究人员通过对聚合物薄膜光伏衰减过程的负载依赖性,确定其本征衰减与活性层分子的激发态具有密切相关系(图1)[1]。进一步地,通过在聚合物活性层中添加特定的稳定剂,有效实现了器件的稳定性能[2]。本报告将对其有机聚合物光伏电池本征光诱导快速衰减过程的机理进行探索,建立器件本征衰减机理模型。
