　　In China, colorectal cancer ranks fourth in the incidence and fifth in death of all malignant tumors.Early diagnosis of colorectal cancer can reduce an estimated 60% deaths due to colorectal cancer; however, no existed methods are of either high sensitivity or high specificity.To identify colorectal cancer-related biomarkers, we performed a proteomic analysis on 91 colorectal cancer patients and 111 healthy controls using MALDI-TOF-MS analysis.
