Conquering the hypoxia induced resistance to clinical routine treatments like chemotherapy and radiotherapy is of great therapeutic significance and remains challenging.Although, nanomedicine has been used to alleviate the hypoxic degree in tumor,it is still hard to design a satisfactory long-circulating platform, which also effectively targets the hypoxic lesion in deep tumor. In this study,we reported a versatile nano-cluster bomb, which could actively target the hypoxia microenvironment of tumor with long half-life in blood.
