目的 探讨新FIGO分期(2009)用于中国人群的合理性.方法 纳入外阴鳞癌病例共171例,收集整理患者的各项临床资料,病理切片进行重新复习,通过随访进行生存分析.结果 患者中位年龄为60岁(31 ～91岁),中位随访时间为56月(4-264月).5年总生存率(OS)、疾病特定生存率(CSS)和无复发生存率(RFS)分别为64.2％、70.9％和54.8％.术后病理提示腹股沟淋巴结转移共71(41

目的 探讨新FIGO分期(2009)用于中国人群的合理性.方法 纳入外阴鳞癌病例共171例,收集整理患者的各项临床资料,病理切片进行重新复习,通过随访进行生存分析.结果 患者中位年龄为60岁(31 ～91岁),中位随访时间为56月(4-264月).5年总生存率(OS)、疾病特定生存率(CSS)和无复发生存率(RFS)分别为64.2％、70.9％和54.8％.术后病理提示腹股沟淋巴结转移共71(41.5％)例,手术切缘阳性者9例(5.3％),脉管浸润阳性者8例(4.7％).按照FIGO (1994)分期,Ⅰ期患者为40例,Ⅱ期为46例,Ⅲ期为61例,Ⅳ为24例;患者5年OS分别为77.9％、74.7％、63.4％、 23.3％ (P＜0.001).
