　　Introduction AA-4 is a new DPP-4 inhibitor for treatment of Diabetes type Ⅱ.This study is intended to provide a preliminary assessment of the toxicity of the AA-4 after 13 weeks repeat dose in the Beagle dogs.In our study,the AA-4 was found targeted mainly on eyes,liver and fur in dogs.
