本文通过原子力显微镜研究了两步阳极氧化的方法制备阳极氧化铝(AAO)膜的各影响因素。结果表明,AAO 膜为垂直于氧化铝膜表面平行生长的结构,呈类蜂窝状的六边形,孔洞孔径尺寸的范围为40～100 nm,分布均匀。
