　　We reported a general way to design electrochemical biosensor with a dual-function peptide probe as the receptor of target and the inducer of gold nanoparticles(AuNPs)assembly on electrode surface.To demonstrate the feasibility of our strategy,human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG)was determined as a model analyte.
