Based on the "Reciprocal Learning in Teacher Education and School Education in China and Canada"(RLTESECC),this study selected three student-teachers who went to Canada in the autumn of 2017 as cases.This paper discussed the development of teachers beliefs by narrative,interview and other qualitative research methods,put forward the "Star-Topology" structure of teachers beliefs,and discussed the key factors leading to changes in teachers beliefs.It is hoped that appropriate suggestions can be made to optimize the reciprocal learning project and to promote the development of primary and secondary school teachers.
