The low cycle fatigue tests of titanium alloy BT9 by controlling the total strain amplitude were carried out.Obtained fatigue life,stress,plastic work parameters of uniaxial tension-compress and torsion.Established the total strain amplitude,plastic strain amplitude,plastic work and life relations.The fracture surfaces of fatigue specimens were observed and analyzed by using the Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM),the results indicated that quantity and the depth of the honeycomb dimple microscopic morphologies were shown in fatigue crack propagation under uniaxial loading with different strain strength specimen,And BT9 titanium alloy fatigue fracture form is mainly tough trans-crystalline fracture,fracture morphology is dimples(the pit),dimples are results gathered by micro-pores,depth and density of dimples increased with the increasing of strain amplitude.
