  With the promotion of the construction of out smart grid as a basic starting point,this paper studys the key technologies of two-way interaction between grid and users,and then designs a comprehensive two way interactive information system for intelligent power utilization(TIIS-IPU).This system provides a reliable,high-speed information channel and network support for the two-way information flow by using key technologies,such as communications and information,sensor networks,perception of user terminals and so on.In addition,it develops the Web portal-based two-way interactive client in the application level to achieve the visual interaction.The designed system can not only satisfy the requirement of community service,Smart home,three networks convergence and other social value-added services,but also provide important guiding principle to the future construction of smart grid.
