　　Considering the complicated problem of effecting factors of railway station building construction consumption,ISM is used to analyze the complex relationship and the main factors which controlled the quantities of the floor structural system of lateral railway-station will be obtained.Based on these main factors,the BPNN forecast model is established,and examined with the data samples of railway station building.The example shows that there is a higher precision of the neural network forecast model with the application of ISM,and the error meets the requirement.
