　　Passenger train plan is an important part of transport organization work.It is the core problem that how to develop a reasonable passenger train plan.For the specific operating conditions MAFN combined qualitative and quantitative analysis is put forward to solve the problem.The model has the characteristic of autonomy,proactive,reactivity and reasoning.Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the approach.
