Adhesives are widely applied in clothing,it becomes a difficulty that how to analyze,test and evaluate the adhesives.This paper describes the analysis and line detection techniques of adhesives in the garment using Raman spectroscopy£﹁as well as standards of atmospheric pollution in the textile industry binder aspects.Place detectors at the p roduction s ite for o nline t esting a nd a nalysis o f fabric i ngredients.T hen a nalyze t he c hemical s tructure of adhesive,s tress,i nterface p roperties an d c uring r ate.M eanwhile,r eal-time monitor emissions o f c hlorinated hydrocarbons,t riphenylmethyl,hydrogen sulfide,carbon disulfide,sulfur dioxide,DMF,dust,fumes,TVOC and other data,and make comparative Analysis with air pollution standards,based on which online detection technology has great potential applications in the field of clothing production.
