In this paper,three dimensional woven method is designed for realizing fabric switch composed of the support part and orifice part.The support part uses the through-interlocking structure and the orifice part makes use of spacing warp.The Taguchi method of Minitab software is adopted to optimize the experiment parameters,including the insulating material,the orifice dimension,the root of the stainless steel filament and the spacing weft.
