In the study,effective relative vapour permeability [ ％] and thermal resistance [m2K/W] of 12 wetted sport dresses were determined,and product of these values state divided by the product of relative vapour permeability and thermal resistance of these dresses in dry state was used for the calculation of the dimensionless Wet Comfort Index (WCI).Its maximum value 1should indicate the best thermophysiological comfort level in wet state.Wetting of the dresses was achieved by the use of the "sweating impulse.
