A purpose-built testing unit has been developed to evaluate the surface temperature and humidity of the surface of fabric during the process of moisture liberation to understand the thermal and moisture behaviour of fabric.A rotating movement has also been applied to the sample to simulate the windy condition.It has been found that both the surface temperature and humidity experienced different stages of changing.
