objective:To promote the nurse function extension and promote the development of nursing science.Methods:analysis of disaster emergency medical service system of our cuuntry present situation and progress of medical care and disaster nursing problems existing in the medical Results:the current disaster nursing mode still far less than the requirements of disaster relief.The development of disaster medical nursing education has become a problem to be solved.Conclusion: Nursing staff should make efforts to improve the various disasters and emergency response ability and medical rescue level.
