为了鉴定新选豆科作物共生固氮菌在豆科作物上的固氮肥田及增产效果,以及“抗旱保水剂”在豌豆上的增产效果,1993年笔者设置了豌豆拌(浸)种试验。 1 材料和方法 所用固氮菌剂(即根瘤菌剂)系新选菌株以草炭为载体制成,由临夏州农业局和甘肃省科学院生物所联合研制提供。“抗旱保水剂”由张掖山丹化工厂制造。豌豆为706—12—9(1993年通过鉴定)。
