　　in this paper, the observation of 60 cases of cerebral infarction of the eeg and CT,Results show that (1) 60 cases of cerebral infarction of electroencephalogram (eeg), 2 cases(3%), normal abnormal 58 cases, 2 rhythm generalization in 23 (38%), 2, 4 (7%), rhythm instability focal change 8 (13.3%) and chronic 23 (38.3%).
