Objective To observate the correlation of the related factors and external anal sphincter electromyography in multiple system atrophy(MSA) patients Methods We evaluated 43 patients, who had been diagnosed with MSA, in which there were 14MSA-P examples, 29 MSA-C examples.We recorded the sex, the course of illness, whether there was bladder dysfunction, syncope and orthostatic hypotension(OH) separately.The external anal sphincter electromyography were performed using the Keypoint.net (Medoc Ltd) electromyogram device, and simultaneously we evaluated the patients using UMSARS scale.
