Objective:To observe the clinical effects of cardioplegia with TAD in open heart surgery.Methods:In this study,30 patients with open heart surgery were divided randomly into two groups:TAD group (n =15) received TAD in cardioplegia solution,control group (n =15) did not receive TAD.The CK-MB,LDH,and cTnI were detected in two groups at various time points during CPB.Results:The values of CK-MB,LDH and cTnI in TAD group after CPB were significantly lower than those in control group at different time points (P< 0.05).Conclusion:Antegrade intermittent blood cardioplegia with TAD has effective myocardial protection in open heart surgery.
