A good results were achieved in 50 levels in 33 cases with the technique of stability reconstruction with Harms mesh and plate followed cervical corpectomy.Among them,there were 26males and 7 females,age ranging 31 to 65 years,disc degeneration with OPLL in 23cases,segment instability in 5 cases.Burst fracture of vertebral body in 4 cases.Metastasis lesion in 1 case.During Surgery,Harmes mesh with diameter 10~ 12mm was cut filled with bone grafts.The defect followed corpectomy were replaced with mesh and fixed with anterior cervical plate.With 6 to 24-month follow-up,in 33cases there is no case in which reconstructed height exceed 2mm,excellent in 21 cases,good in 8cases,fair in 4 cases.
