Printing of semiconductor devices under ambient atmosphere is a promising method for large-area and low-cost fabrication of electronics products [1].We have developed fully-printed arrays of organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) using novel Au nanoparticle (NP) as the electrodes.All layers of devices including source/drain electrodes, organic semiconductor layer and gate electrodes are patterned by a printing method under ambient atmosphere.
