Organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) have receiving great spot light due to their potential applications in full color displays, flexible devices, and solid-state lighting.Various OLEDs with internal quantum efficiency of nearly 100% had been demonstrated since development of phosphorescent materials.However, the majority of the generated light is confined in the organic and substrate layers due to total internal reflection and only 20% of the light can be out-coupled.
