背景：手術室工作是外科治療疾病程序上重要的一環，參與人員非常的多，每個人的角色功能都不同且重要。目的：提供訓練讓人員熟悉手術過程技能，增強團隊照護能力。方法：手術室2012年11月訂定專職護理人員訓練手冊，訓練內容含皮膚準備、擺位及舖設各類手術無菌區域、熟悉主刀醫師手術步驟、正確使用儀器操作及拆卸、正確協助各管路固定、綁線方法及完成手術傷口處理等七項，護理人員主要的職責是協助主刀醫師手術過程進行，

背景：手術室工作是外科治療疾病程序上重要的一環，參與人員非常的多，每個人的角色功能都不同且重要。目的：提供訓練讓人員熟悉手術過程技能，增強團隊照護能力。方法：手術室2012年11月訂定專職護理人員訓練手冊，訓練內容含皮膚準備、擺位及舖設各類手術無菌區域、熟悉主刀醫師手術步驟、正確使用儀器操作及拆卸、正確協助各管路固定、綁線方法及完成手術傷口處理等七項，護理人員主要的職責是協助主刀醫師手術過程進行，臨床教學是由各科資深護理人員依訓練內容採一對一教學，對協助手術過程的技巧面，只能實際參與臨床工作，才開始真正學習操作，故於2013年11月籌劃一般外科工作坊訓練，以提升人員工作能力。
