Objectives The prognosis of cytogenetically normal acute myeloid leukemia (CN-AML) patients was quite heterogeneous and new molecular markers were eagerly needed to further stratify.The aim of this study is to analysis the expression of BCL2L12 gene,which is a novel gene belonging to BCL2 apoptosis-related gene family in CN-AML,and to evaluate the prognostic significance for CN-AML patients.
