马钢300m~3级高炉能够取得一代炉龄超过8年、单位炉容产铁量超过6 700 t/m~3的长寿目标,有赖于日常对高炉的精心维护。其主要经验如下:稳定高炉操作,保持炉况稳定顺行;注重入炉料的品位和冶炼性能;对冷却壁精心维护;安装小型冷却器等。
