目的血站文化源自企业文化,结合自身行业特点以及血站状况,在长期采供血工作中逐步发展形成的特色鲜明的文化。加强血站文化建设对提升血站竞争力、促进采供血事业持续健康发展,具有深远意义。方法要真正形成血站文化,必须树立统一的价值观,每年年初全站通过主题思想大讨论,把职工引导到正确的目标上来,定位于正确的价值观。血站实行目标管理,明确岗位目标和要求,调动各个层面的管理潜力和执行制度的自觉性,层层考核,奖惩分明,通过纪律约束机制形成强大的向心力,实现科学管理。血站自2005年起开展“我为血站增光彩”活动,
